Key Responsibilities


Design & UI/UX:


• Design and enhance
mobile app interfaces, websites, and dashboards
with strong UI/UX principles.


• Create
wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
that deliver intuitive user experiences.


• Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and usability across platforms.


Social Media & Branding:


• Manage and grow SKLZ TECT's
social media presence
(LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).


• Design
brand creatives, promotional graphics, banners, and digital campaign visuals
.


• Develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand goals and events.


Content Creation & Video Editing:


• Create engaging
short videos, reels, and motion graphics
for digital marketing.


• Work on
training, workshop, and campaign-based video edits
.


• Collaborate on
marketing and storytelling concepts
for digital campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in
Design, Media, or related field
(preferred).


• Proven experience in
UI/UX Design
and
Content Creation / Social Media Management
.


• Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
.


• Strong understanding of
social media trends, content strategy, and brand storytelling
.


• Excellent communication and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):


• Basic understanding of
frontend frameworks
or mobile app design systems.


• Experience in
copywriting or scriptwriting
for campaigns.


• Familiarity with
YouTube content optimization
and analytics.
