Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design strategy for digital products, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, focusing on user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold high design standards.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
