Job Title: Salesforce Architect / Manager Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, NCR

Experience: 10+ Years (5+ Years in Salesforce Ecosystem)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead the administration, design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions.

Drive successful implementations by managing the technical delivery and guiding cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore).

Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with multiple systems (AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Design and develop advanced customizations using APEX, LWC, and standard Salesforce configuration tools.

Implement data modeling, data mapping, and architecture strategies across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Configure connectors for inbound and outbound data flows in Data Cloud and SFMC.

Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new solutions and integrations.

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate configuration vs. coding approaches.

Stay updated with Salesforce innovations to enhance system capabilities and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years total experience, with 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Strong knowledge of MarTech stack including segmentation, profile unification, and automation.

Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs.

Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and automation.

Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Strong leadership and project management skills with successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.

(Good to Have) Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences and regulated industry data governance.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
