We are looking for a skilled Software Requirements Management Engineer to join our automotive display driver development team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and validating software requirements to ensure accurate, consistent, and traceable documentation that supports the development of reliable and safety-compliant automotive display solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage software requirements for automotive display driver software in compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with system engineers, software developers, test teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and testable.
  • Manage changes in requirements and assess their impacts on project scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Facilitate requirements reviews and ensure alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other relevant automotive standards.
  • Utilize requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, Polarion, JIRA) to maintain and control requirements documentation.
  • Support integration and verification activities by providing precise requirements and assisting in test case definition.
  • Participate in risk analysis and mitigation related to software requirements.
  • Assist in audit preparations and compliance activities related to requirements management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software requirements, engineering or management in the automotive domain.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive software development standards including ASPICE and ISO 26262.
  • Experience with embedded software development lifecycle and tools.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Polarion, or JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and under project deadlines.
  • Ability to lead discussions, build consensus, and influence technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard Software Requirement Management tools like IBM DOORS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automotive display driver software or HMI projects.
  • Understanding of embedded C/C++ software and automotive ECU software architecture.
  • Familiarity with hardware-software integration and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.).
