We are seeking experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrators. These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.

Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.

Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
