TERAVARNA is seeking a highly strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Brand & Founder Identity Specialist to join our team. This unique role is responsible for the holistic development and execution of the brand strategy for both Teravarna and its founder, ensuring a cohesive, powerful, and aesthetically compelling presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and maintain the distinct brand identity, voice, visual guidelines, and aesthetic standards.
  • Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to achieve growth.
  • Produce high-quality, articulate, and engaging written content for marketing materials, website, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Perform continuous market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience research.
  • Strong communication & coordination
  • Manage communications and collaborations with clients, partners, and media.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely drafts.
  • Accurately complete and manage necessary forms, applications, and documents required for brand partnerships, submissions, or administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a brand management, communications, or content strategy role (preferably within the arts, media, or a fast-paced creative organization).
  • Exceptional ability in content writing and storytelling.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and visuals with the ability to either design or effectively direct visual content.
  • Excellent strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Proactive, creative, and strategic mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple projects.
  • A strong understanding of modern branding principles.
