Senior Associate SAP HR Techno-Functional

Role: Senior Associate

Location: Pan India – Hybrid

Role Summary:

Join as a Senior Associate and be part of a collaborative team delivering consulting services from strategy to execution. Expect hands-on involvement in SAP HR function design, technical innovation, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Work across SAP HR modules—Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management—configuring dynamic actions and infotype logic.

Develop infotypes, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Deliver SAP HR coding as per ABAP 7.4 or newer standards.

Implement S/4HANA OData applications with advanced programming techniques.

Leverage feedback for personal growth; grow as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.

Propose and pilot POCs/POVs for emerging technologies—e.g., Blockchain, AI—to enhance SAP HR solutions.

Mentor juniors; conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and lessons learned.

Drive SLAs and project delivery—focus on incident/change management and ticket quality.

Provide governance in escalation and risk scenarios.

Track project status and deliverables across teams and stakeholders.

Craft Technical Design Documents (TDDs) & Unit Test Plans for implemented solutions.

Create OData services using SAP NetWeaver Gateway and ABAP.

Utilize ASAP and ITIL frameworks; ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance in deliverables.

Uphold PwC's code of ethics & inclusive culture.

Required Experience & Skills:

A minimum of 6 years in SAP technology consulting with exposure to ABAP implementation projects.

Solid technical skills: SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV/Classical reports, ALE/IDOC/BAPI interfaces, LSMW/BDC conversions, enhancements (Exits, BADI), OO ABAP, workflow configuration, and OData development.

Experience implementing and maintaining OData services and consuming them in Fiori/UI5.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.

Proficient in documentation, testing, and post-implementation support.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in UI5/Fiori app development and configuration.

SAP HANA experience—especially working with CDS Views.

ITIL 4 certification.
