1. Job Title – Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in preparation and verification of export documents such as:

o  Commercial Invoice

o  Packing List

o  Certificate of Origin

o  Shipping Bill

·       Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines.

·       Maintain export files and records as per company and statutory requirements.

·       Track shipment status and update internal teams.

·       Support compliance with export regulations, DGFT, and customs procedures.

·       Assist in bank documentation for LC / advance payments / export realization.

·       Respond to internal queries related to export shipments.

Skills & Competencies:

·       Basic knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms (training will be provided).

·       Good written and verbal communication in English.

·       Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email).

·       Attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Willingness to learn export laws and procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

·       Graduate in Commerce / Management / International Business (preferred).

2.    Job Title– Export Sales Executive

·       Assist in handling export sales inquiries from international customers.

·       Communicate with overseas clients via email and phone under supervision.

·       Track orders from confirmation to dispatch.

·       Assist in market research and identifying potential export markets.

3. Job Title: Paddy Procurement & Stock Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor all incoming paddy purchase deals

• Coordinate and track deals with brokers on a daily basis

• Ensure timely arrival of trucks as per finalized deals

• Physically verify paddy quality and quantity upon truck arrival

• Check and calculate deductions (moisture, quality, weight, etc.)

• Take approval from management for deductions and final acceptance

• Update unloading details accurately for payment processing

• Maintain daily stock records (received, unloaded, balance)

• Coordinate with accounts team for timely payment updates

• Maintain proper documentation for all inward transactions

Skills Required:

• Experience in paddy procurement / rice mill / agri-commodity operations

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Knowledge of paddy quality parameters and deductions

• Must be proficient in MS Excel (daily reports, stock tracking)

• Basic computer and record-keeping skills

4. Job Title: Dispatch & Logistics Executive (Rice / By Products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and monitor all outgoing dispatches of rice/paddy.

• Coordinate with transporters, brokers, and buyers for dispatch schedules.

• Verify truck details before loading (vehicle number, driver details, documents).

• Ensure correct loading quantity and quality as per approved order.

• Prepare loading and dispatch details and get management approval.

• Update dispatch and loading details for invoicing and payment follow-up.

• Track truck movement until safe delivery confirmation.

• Report any shortage, delay, or damage immediately.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Update daily dispatch status in Excel (order-wise, party-wise, truck-wise).

• Maintain delivery challans, weighbridge slips, LR copies, and related documents.

• Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation and transporter payments.

Skill Required:

• Knowledge of dispatch procedures, loading operations, and logistics.

• Ability to coordinate with transporters, drivers, brokers, and internal teams.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (dispatch register, tracking sheets).

• Attention to accuracy in quantity, documentation, and timelines.

• Problem-solving skills for dispatch-related issues.
