Job Role Overview:

We're seeking a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring our Tamil-rooted, globally positioned brands to life. You'll craft compelling visuals across packaging; digital media, trade show assets, and in-store experiences—blending tradition with innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual assets for packaging, flyers, social media, and QSR menus

  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into engaging designs

  • Maintain visual consistency across all brand touch points

  • Prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers/vendors

  • Create mockups and prototypes for presentations and trade shows

  • Adapt designs for multilingual formats (English, Tamil, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, EU, and US packaging standards

  • Stay updated on design trends and tools, especially in FMCG and QSR sectors

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory

  • Experience with packaging design and digital asset creation

  • Ability to work iteratively and respond to feedback with precision

  • Familiarity with cultural design elements and storytelling

  • Basic knowledge of print production and digital formats

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG, QSR, or consumer brand design preferred

  • Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital work

  • Exposure to international trade show branding is added advantage.
