**Job Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring our Tamil-rooted, globally positioned brands to life. You’ll craft compelling visuals across packaging; digital media, trade show assets, and in-store experiences—blending tradition with innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visual assets for packaging, flyers, social media, and QSR menus
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into engaging designs
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touch points
- Prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers/vendors
- Create mockups and prototypes for presentations and trade shows
- Adapt designs for multilingual formats (English, Tamil, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, EU, and US packaging standards
- Stay updated on design trends and tools, especially in FMCG and QSR sectors

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience with packaging design and digital asset creation
- Ability to work iteratively and respond to feedback with precision
- Familiarity with cultural design elements and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of print production and digital formats

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG, QSR, or consumer brand design preferred
- Portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital work
- Exposure to international trade show branding is added advantage.
