As a Product / Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in tracking and analyzing the performance of our B2C products — Practina, CoolCredit, and Lendee. You will be responsible for monitoring deployed features, analyzing user adoption and journey, and providing actionable insights to drive product growth. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional who can guide the team on what to measure, how to track it, and translate data into decisions that impact product success.

Responsibilities:

Track feature adoption and performance across B2C products (Practina, CoolCredit, and Lendee).

Define and implement tracking plans for user journeys, feature usage, and KPIs.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from product databases (MySQL) and analytics platforms.

Develop clear dashboards and reports to provide timely insights to product and leadership teams.

Identify bottlenecks and drop-offs in user journeys, providing recommendations for improvement.

Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analysis to understand user behavior and feature effectiveness.

Support A/B testing, experiments, and product releases with data-driven insights.

Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize feature improvements based on usage trends.

Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable way for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in product/data analytics, preferably with SaaS or B2C products.

Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL required) for database queries.

Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Proven ability to work independently and provide actionable insights without heavy supervision.

Good understanding of KPIs around product adoption, feature usage, and retention.

Strong communication skills to translate data findings into simple, actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with A/B testing frameworks and product experimentation.

Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/R) for deeper data analysis.

Exposure to CRM or product management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹65,000.00 per month
