Job Summary:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator (Back Office Executive) to manage and coordinate internal processes, maintain records, and provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily back-office operations and internal processes
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Handle data entry, MIS reporting, and process tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain files, invoices, and operational documents
- Support management with reports and process updates
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or Process Coordinator preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 1–3 years (Fresher with good skills can also apply)
