VIONIX is expanding rapidly and seeking a Senior Sales Executive capable of delivering immediate B2B revenue impact.
Role Description
This is a senior-level revenue role for an experienced Sales Executive specialising in AI-pharma, life sciences, or healthcare B2B. The role is a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, with a combination of in-office and remote flexibility.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving B2B sales of
PHARMORIS
and associated VIONIX solutions - Opening and converting opportunities in the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors
- Leveraging your
existing networks
for rapid revenue acquisition - Leading demos, pitches, proposals, and negotiations
- Managing a portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise clients
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, PR, and Operations teams
- Representing VIONIX in high-value conversations with CXOs, pharmacy chains, distributors, and healthcare leaders
This is a
high-impact, client-facing leadership role
with measurable revenue KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare SaaS, or AI-driven solutions
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Existing professional network in pharma / healthcare (highly preferred)
- Expertise in solution selling, contract negotiation, and enterprise client management
- Strong understanding of:
- AI in healthcare
- Digital transformation
- Pharmacy operations
- Healthcare data systems
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create tailored client solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
- MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Delhi/Noida/NCR region and willingness to operate in a hybrid environment
