Job Description :As a Banking Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our clients' data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analyses. Your expertise in SQL, marketing analytics, and banking domain knowledge will be essential to your success. Responsibilities :

  • Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL to extract and analyze banking data.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends and patterns in banking data to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Segment customer data to identify target audiences for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement customer lifetime value (CLTV) models.
  • Apply knowledge of banking products and services to analyze data and provide relevant insights.
  • Focus on data related to deposits and home lending (good to have).
  • Visualize data using tools like Jupyter Notebook to communicate insights effectively.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Utilize Python for data analysis and automation tasks (good to have).

Required Skills :

  • Very strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, including campaign analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in the banking industry, with a focus on deposits and home lending (good to have).
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebook for data visualization and reporting.

Good to Have Skills :Python Programming :

  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
