Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Mentor located in Hyderabad. The Student Mentor will be responsible for providing personalized mentorship, tracking student progress using AI tools, facilitating peer accountability groups, and supporting the development of daily discipline. The role involves engaging with students to help them overcome procrastination, setting up personalized plans, monitoring their progress, and providing consistent encouragement and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Strong mentorship and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in tracking progress and developing accountability systems
  • Ability to facilitate group discussions and peer accountability loops
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Proficiency with AI tools and consistency tracking technologies
  • Passion for education and personal development
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
