Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, preparing detailed layouts, and ensuring design accuracy according to project requirements. This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong AutoCAD drafting skills and an interest in mechanical design.

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Assist senior engineers in preparing assembly and part drawings.
  • Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and 3D models.
  • Support the team in drafting, detailing, and documentation of mechanical components.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards and tolerances.
  • Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation.
  • Learn and apply manufacturing and design principles under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Basic understanding of GD&T, mechanical components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor is an added advantage.
  • Good technical drawing interpretation and detailing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
