Highway Draughtsman

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Prepare structure as well road cross section drawings and estimate quantities from drawings using softwares like road estimator etc.
- Cadidates should be able to independently prepare structure as well road cross section drawings.
- Estimate quantities from drawings using software like road estimator etc.
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy.
- Translate design concepts into detailed plans and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain documentation and update drawings as necessary.
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide drawing clarifications and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Min 3 - 5 years of Experence in road related projects.(Highway)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Btech in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a civil draughtsman.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total: 5 years (preferred)
- Draughtsman Highway roads: 4 years (required)
- Roadestimator software: 3 years (preferred)
- structure drawings & quantity estimates: 3 years (preferred)
- prepare road x-sections, P&P: 3 years (required)
