Job Role -Sales Executive
Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for IoTreat by directly engaging with prospective clients, presenting product solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. This role involves prospecting, client visits, product pitching, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to close deals.
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding IoTreats market presence among industries, builders, institutions, and municipalities by converting leads into successful long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients including industries, institutions, builders, and municipalities.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, references, networking, and site visits.
Client Engagement & Product Pitching
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers (Plant Heads, EHS Managers, Operations Managers, etc.).
- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of IoTreat highlighting business and environmental benefits.
- Educate clients on IoTreats ROI, cost savings, compliance advantages, and sustainability impact.
Sales Coordination & Closure
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide customized proposals.
- Follow up with clients to address queries, negotiate terms, and drive deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in CRM tools.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather insights on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs.
- Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and feedback to the Sales Manager.
