As an FPNA Manager in Kolkata, you will have the opportunity to leverage your 15 years of experience in finance & accounts, with a focus on FP&A for at least 10 years. Your role will be pivotal in conducting financial assessments, scenario analysis, and preparing Budget-to-Actual reports for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, along with Variance Analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting and uploading data into Hyperion - Presenting performance reports to senior management - Identifying business impact ideas for implementation - Contributing to business growth and preparing MIS reports - Leading periodical reviews with stakeholders Your exposure to IFRS and experience in managing internal & external audits will be advantageous. You will be instrumental in identifying process gaps, managing customer floor walks, and ensuring effective SLA & KPI management. Desirable skills like Six Sigma Green Belt certification, transition experience, and cross-functional training management will provide additional value. Your positive attitude, flexibility in working hours, and advanced Excel knowledge are essential for success in this role. The job requires you to work five days in the office and be open to New Zealand shifts.
