Job Title: Tool Room Engineer / Development Engineer

Experience: 2-4 years

Salary budget: 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Qualification: Engineer/Diploma in Tool Room Engineering / Degree from NTTF College

Job Responsibilities:

· Must have good knowledge of stamping dies.

· Leading the entire NPD area by giving tool concept to tool room team, tool steel procurement, giving 2D data to all stages like rough machining, EDM wire cutting etc.

· Responsible for all new tool development, maintenance, and rebuilding of existing tooling.

· Show have good knowledge of all tool steel.

· Hands-on experience in tool development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of progressive dies additional advantage.

· Strong knowledge of press tools, and manufacturing processes.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Good communication skills and team interaction capabilities.

· Able to fulfil tasks under less supervision.

· Software Proficiency: AutoFusion 360 or AutoCAD, Creo(must have), Nx

· Operate all conventional machines available in the tool room.

· Maintain proper 5S and safety standards while working.
