**Tool Room Asst Manager**

**Experience with more than 10 Yrs in the field of mould maintenance.**

**Job Purpose**:

- To reduce the M/c downtime due to mould.
- To maintain TS documents for tool room.
- Responsible for maintain mold spares.
- Analyzing repetitive breakdowns and to solve with permanent actions.
- To do cost reduction of in-house maintenance of moulds.

**Maintaining daily tool room activities**:

- Planning daily tool room activities according to the priority.
- To attend breakdown of moulds on machine.
- Why why analysis for repetitive break downs and solving with preventing for reoccurrence.
- To do cost reduction of in-house maintenance.
- Welding and matching of moulds for flash reduction.
- Responsible to improvement /kaizen on moulds.
- Solving customer complaints which receive from quality department.
- To maintain MTTR & MTBF documents
- To maintain TS documents for tool room.
- Responsible for maintain mold spares.
- Giving purchase request for maintain spares.
- To maintain 5'S in shop.
- To maintain 1S & 2S in plant.

**ERP:

- **
- Effective utilization of ERP for purchase request and

transfer order.

Key Functional activities:
Ensure & Maintain of 5S & House keeping in tool room, machine surrounding, storage area.
- Ensures mold maintenance. Responsible for planning & attend day to day tool breakdown activities & preventive tool maintenance, modifications, improvements.
- Reduction in MTTR. No production shortages due to tool breakdown.
- Updating and managing critical spares.
- Ensures the mold Support Technician team is well
- organized and staffed to provide timely response to mold breakdown and provide mold preventative maintenance activities
- Planning preventive maintenance of the mold as per schedule. Instructing the junior enggs and co ordinate with them while doing PM.

**Education **:1. M.Sc. in AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT DESIGN/Diploma

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
