Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on a timely basis.

Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

Prepare and process journal entries for month-end and year-end close.

Assist with financial reporting and preparing budgets.

Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy and excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing and accounting procedures.

Qualifications.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel (including advanced functions).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
