Job Description:​​

  • Complete day-to-day accounting of financial transactions in books for all managed entities
  • Accurate accounting of vendors invoices with correct accounting head and cost center in system with proper supportings.
  • Timely and accurate raise Proforma/Tax Invoices debit notes to clients.
  • Processing employee's Salary and expense claims and payment.
  • Responsible for timely accounting of bank payment and receipt entries in system.
  • Preparation of Monthly Bank reconciliation
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting concept and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Preparing the Monthly schedule for accrual Prepaid expenses and fixed assets and monitoring the same.
  • Review of open purchase order in system and following-up for the invoices with respective vendors
  • Ensuring vendors and creditors balance are reconciled.
  • Preparing the fortnight vendors payable details for releasing the payment.
  • Preparing fortnightly outstanding creditors and debtors report.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/Annual GST returns data matching with system
  • Preparing the monthly TDS liability payable data and assist in preparing quarterly e-TDS returns
  • Assist in preparing other tax related data.
  • Co-ordination with Banker for day-to-day transactions
  • Knowledge of Provident Fund, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund.
  • Recording of Inter-Company transaction in books and Monthly reconciliation.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities.
  • Support in preparation of all documents related to Statutory audits
  • Preparing Balance sheet account schedule and P&L ledgers details in audit format
  • Preparing the other audit related data as per audit requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
