Seeds is a growing and trusted company in the NBFC and BFSI sectors to provide Business Loans & Mortgage Loans to micro enterprises across India.

Job Title: HR-Regional HR

Job Location: Regional Offices (Only)

* Sikar

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the recruitment process, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and recruitment strategy.

* Share the MIS Data of your region as & when required.

* Campus Drive

* Follow up with the Absent employee

* PIP Letter issued to nonperformer

* Field Clarence for the left Employee

* Coordination for Asset collection from Absconding and the left employee

* Compile all employee attendance to be corrected with approval from RSM & RCM, send to HO for correction

* Regional employee grievances handled and resolved it i.e., attendance, Fuel, salary, asset & etc.

* Branch Visit.

Key Qualifications:

Education: MBA in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

Experience: Fresher or Experienced
