Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations at our Chentrappinni branch. The candidate should have prior experience in the financial or customer service sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
  • Support and monitor team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent client service.
  • Manage documentation, collections, and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth functioning and compliance within the branch.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in financial or managerial roles preferred.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle team coordination and target achievement.
  • Candidates residing near Chentrappinni or nearby areas preferred.
