Job Title: Workday Compensation Consultant (Certified)

Role Summary:

As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday Compensation implementations including merit, bonus, and equity plans.
  • Configure compensation plans, eligibility rules, guidelines, and business processes.
  • Conduct client workshops to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Perform system testing, data validation, and support UAT.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and recommend enhancements.
  • Support year-end compensation review processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification (preferred).
  • 35 years of hands-on experience with Workday Compensation.
  • Proven track record of at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, business processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
