Role & responsibilities :

  • Production Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.

  • Material Management:

  • Production Monitoring & Optimization:

Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with quality control, manufacturing, and other teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth production flow.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze production and supply chain data, often using ERP systems like SAP, to optimize processes and generate performance reports for senior management.

  • Budget & Cost Control:

Develop and manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

  • Inventory Control:

Regulate product mix and minimize cycle times to effectively manage and utilize inventory.
