Job Description – Sales Executive (North India – Delhi NCR Region)

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (covering North India region)

Experience Required: 2–7 years (specific experience in Safety Lifeline Systems, Fall Protection Solutions, PPE, or Industrial Safety Products preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development of
    safety lifeline and fall protection systems
    in North India, focusing on the Delhi NCR region.
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and meeting potential clients in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, power, telecom, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct
    product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
    with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare
    commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
    in coordination with the technical and design team.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals for the region.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management for strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and safety awareness programs to build brand presence in the region.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or Graduate with strong technical sales background.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in sales of fall protection systems, safety lifelines, PPE, or related industrial safety products.
  • Strong network and client base in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or safety equipment domains in Delhi NCR/North India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
