Requirements7+ years of hands -on software development experienceProven experience leading or managing engineering teamsOwn and deliver scalable -based projects end -to -endArchitect, design, and review software components with a quality -first mindsetCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to shape featuresMentor junior engineers and help scale the engineering cultureParticipate in interviews and talent growth initiativesContribute to technical decision -making and continuous improvementsEnsure smooth deployment and system reliability through CI/CD practicesGuide migration of legacy systems to modern stacksStrong understanding of object -oriented programming (OOP), service -oriented architecture (SOA), and design patternsExpert knowledge of and backend architectureExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Hands -on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., Git)Ability to debug, profile, and optimize code for performanceProactive, self -motivated, and thrives in collaborative environmentsStrong communication and leadership capabilities Benefits We don't just hire employees—we invest in people.
