Were looking for a finance leader whos great with numbers, people, and performance. If you're an MBA post-grad with a strong background in General Ledger and financial reporting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Must-Haves:

MBA with 12+ years in General Ledger

Experience leading teams of 4-12 people

Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP

Skilled in Hyperion (HFM) and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion / IFS

Ability to perform under pressure and lead with confidence

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC industry

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
