About the Role:

The Global Service Desk is the central point of contact for AtkinsRéalis users reporting IT incidents or service requests. The team provides first-level multilingual support (English + French) and is the face of IT services within the organization, driving continuous service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all end-user reported issues or requests.
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
• Deliver first-line telephone support for hardware, operating systems, sub-systems, and applications.
• Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of user issues until resolution, following up as required.
• Escalate complex issues to Remote Support Engineering or Field Engineering teams.
• Maintain call quality and response times as per SLA.
• Ensure all cases are accurately recorded and updated in the system.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Operating Systems
• Hardware and Networking
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any technical stream from a recognized university.
• No prior experience required – suitable for fresh graduates.
