Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in client communication, project coordination, and cross-functional team management within an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Support the senior project manager in day-to-day project management activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for clients and management.
  • Maintain project-related documentation and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a client-facing or project coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of IT project workflows, including web/app development or software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
