Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, reports, and progress updates.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects as per client expectations and company standards.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.
  • Support senior project managers and management in process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Assistant / Junior Project Manager in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of web/app development lifecycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT project management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Team management: 1 year (Preferred)
