Sacred Weaves is a luxury handloom brand from the house of JDS Banaras, celebrating the timeless artistry of Banarasi sarees, suits, and dupattas. We are redefining Indian heritage for the modern global audience through authentic craftsmanship, Silk Mark–certified weaves, and elegant storytelling.

As we expand our digital presence globally (India, USA, UK, Europe, Singapore, Australia), we're looking for a creative and data-driven professional to lead our SEO, AI content optimization, and digital storytelling initiatives.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for making Sacred Weaves "AI-ready" — by optimizing our website, blog, and product pages for Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot visibility, while also building a strong organic and PR footprint through blogging, guest posting, and structured data optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO & AI-driven content strategies for Sacred Weaves' website and blog.
  • Write and publish blogs, guides, and collection descriptions optimized for search and generative AI.
  • Maintain and update structured data (JSON-LD) across the website (Product, FAQ, Organization schemas).
  • Research AI search trends and ensure Sacred Weaves ranks for "conversational" and "how-to" queries.
  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar (blog + social + guest articles).
  • Identify and coordinate guest blogging / PR placement opportunities with fashion, lifestyle, and textile portals.
  • Work closely with the web team for technical SEO improvements (Core Web Vitals, canonical URLs, alt tags).
  • Track performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and report insights weekly.
  • Collaborate with design, social, and product teams for cohesive storytelling.

Skills Required

  • Strong command of English writing, editing, and storytelling.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SEO content writing / digital marketing / fashion communication.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
  • Familiarity with structured data (Schema / JSON-LD) and Shopify SEO is a major plus.
  • Understanding of generative AI trends and how content appears in AI summaries (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / WordPress / Shopify CMS preferred.
  • Interest in Indian handloom, fashion, or luxury lifestyle will be an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
  • Eager to experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplixity, SurferSEO, Grok etc.)
