Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture (B.Arch)
    from a recognized institution.
  • 5–9 years of experience
    in real estate, construction, or architectural firms.
  • Strong knowledge of
    AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
    .
  • Understanding of
    building bye-laws, NBC codes, and approval processes
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with consultants, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
