Senior Manager Treasury Middle Office

Location: Pune

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Experience: 510 Years

Our client is looking to strengthen its Treasury Middle Office & Priority Sector Lending (PSL) function as part of a high-growth strategy. This role will play a key part in scaling the PSL portfolio of our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treasury middle office operations and risk management
  • End-to-end ownership of PSL compliance, including policies, reporting, and system enablement
  • PSL liability planning and engagement with banks for on-lending arrangements
  • Manage Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) for PSL benefit allocation to internal business units
  • Finalize commercial terms with banks for new PSL-linked liabilities
  • Partner with business teams to identify and build new PSL asset opportunities
  • Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 members)
  • Build processes and governance in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

Who Should Apply

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • 5–10 years of experience in Treasury Middle Office / PSL / Risk / ALM
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of RBI PSL guidelines (preferred)
  • Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to build teams and processes
