Senior Corporate Treasury Analyst

We seek a Senior-Level for Corporate Treasury who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

We are looking for a Treasury Back Office Analyst to manage end-to-end treasury and banking operations for APAC/MENA entities from India.

This role will handle transaction settlements, reconciliations, banking documentation, compliance for FX & investments and support implementation of banking integrations such as Host-to-Host (H2H) connections. The candidate will also manage account opening/closing, PoA

updates, and system data maintenance to ensure efficient treasury workflows and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Operations

• Coordinate with banks for account opening/closures, KYC documentation, and onboarding new entities.
• Manage Power of Attorney (PoA) updates, authorized signatory changes, and mandate modifications with banks.
• Handle banking access control and entitlement updates for internal users.

M&A Integration & Treasury System Support

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Host-to-Host (H2H) bank integrations for automated payments and statement downloads.
• Coordinate with IT and banks for file format testing (MT940, PAIN.001, etc.), encryption protocols, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain treasury-related master data in TMS (e.g., Kyriba) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Support testing and implementation of system enhancements or automation projects.

Treasury Payments & Documentation

• Coordinate with AP, payroll and Tax team to make suppliers and statutory payments.
• Initiate and track treasury-related payments (FX, loans, investments).
• Maintain payment proofs, confirmations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and Treasury policy.

Reporting and Compliance

• Ensure compliance & Support internal controls with SOX, RBI/FEMA, SEZ compliance and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Generate daily and periodic cash position reports, FX tracking, and investment dashboards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with global Treasury, Tax, Legal, Accounting, and IT teams.
• Liaise with banks to manage service requests, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Cash, Bank & GL Reconciliation
• Conduct weekly/monthly reconciliation of bank balances across APAC/MENA entities.
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled items in coordination with accounting and AP/AR teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; MBA Finance or CA Inter is a plus.
• 10–12 years of experience in treasury or banking operations, preferably in an IT/ITES or multinational setup.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
