We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA professional to join our team at Hotel Fairmont. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide excellent customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
