Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in executing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.
- Monitor ad performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and engagement
- Research and apply relevant hashtags, trends, and digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency
- Manage audience engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow community reach
- Prepare daily performance reports and suggest optimization strategies
Requirements:
- Fresher or Experienced – Both can apply
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing tools
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is a plus
- Creative mindset and analytical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Immediate Joiner
