We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting in the field of social media management.

You will assist in the creation and management of social media content, data management, calling, client co-ordination, influencer marketing, production, business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (posts, stories, videos, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content on various social media channels according to the content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers, encouraging positive interactions and fostering a community feeling.
- Support the team in brainstorming and implementing social media campaigns to promote the brand and its services.
- Help analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns using basic analytics tools.
- Conduct research on current trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve the social media presence.
- Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Track and report on key social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

**Qualifications**:

- Some form of training or education in social media management or related fields (courses, diploma) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with mínimal experience in social media management are encouraged to apply.
- This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the field of social media management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
