Role Overview

As a Business / Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data, ensuring process quality, supporting research, and providing actionable insights that contribute to business efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable business insights
  • Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure process excellence
  • Support reporting, research, and decision-making efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
  • Present clear findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA (Mandatory) with specialization in:
  • Data Analytics
  • Marketing
  • International Business
  • Operations
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 12 months of relevant experience in:
  • Business Analysis
  • Research
  • Quality Assurance
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link data insights to business goals
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Work Schedule

  • Training Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Post-Training Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Rotational / Flexible)
