Business Development Executive

We are looking for a smart and proactive Upwork Business Development Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other freelance portals, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the agency's growth.
Both freshers and experienced candidates passionate about sales, communication, and digital marketing are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage professional Upwork proposals and bids for web development, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
- Identify and approach potential clients through freelance platforms and social media.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
- Maintain and update client records, follow up regularly, and ensure successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with IT, web design, development, and digital marketing services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Freshers with good communication and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: 10,000 to 40,000 - As per experience + incentive
