We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of style, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers select high-quality jewellery pieces. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their style, preferences, and budget.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, materials, quality, and care.
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of merchandise.
  • Stay updated on current jewellery trends, materials, and brand collections.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment.
  • Ensure the security of all jewellery and handle pieces with care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
