Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Retail Cloud Consultant to join on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Retail Cloud implementations and a strong understanding of retail business processes.

Implement and support Salesforce Retail Cloud modules:

Sales & Return

Deposit Sales

Employee Sales

Store Credit

Receipt from DC

Return to DC

STS (Store-to-Store)

Physical Inventory

Daily Closing

Design, develop, and test eCommerce and retail solutions using Salesforce (low-code approach).

Address retail challenges such as clienteling, endless aisle, and omni-channel fulfillment.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Ensure seamless integrations with external systems and deliver new features or enhancements.

Lead technical solution design to align with business requirements.

Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions (custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation).

Requirements:

7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with expertise in Retail Cloud.

Proven track record in implementing retail-focused Salesforce solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle production support.

Familiarity with omni-channel and retail store operations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Contract Details:

Duration: 6 Months (extendable to 1 Year)

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in India)

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
