Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MEAN & MERN Stack Trainer with 1+ years of professional experience in development and training. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both MEAN (MongoDB, , Angular, ) and MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stacks, with excellent teaching and mentoring abilities to guide learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MEAN & MERN stack technologies.
  • Deliver lectures on frontend (Angular, React) and backend , , MongoDB) concepts with real-world examples.
  • Design and implement hands-on projects, coding challenges, and assignments.
  • Mentor students in developing end-to-end full-stack applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
  • Assist in curriculum design, content creation, and improvement of training materials.
  • Evaluate learners' performance through assessments, code reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide career mentorship to students aspiring for roles in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in MEAN & MERN stack development and training.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Frontend: Angular, , HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Backend: ,
  • Database: MongoDB, SQL (preferred)
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub
  • RESTful API design & integration
  • Knowledge of deployment (AWS, Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach with practical examples.
