Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in , , FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS. This role involves building robust back-end services, intuitive front-end user interfaces, secure authentication flows, and seamless integrations while ensuring strong documentation and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using (front-end) and / FastAPI (back-end).
  • Build reusable UI components and workflows with a focus on performance, usability, and responsive design.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control for secure applications.
  • Design and maintain database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB, ensuring optimized queries and performance.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.) for scalable cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical workflows.
  • Ensure unit testing, code reviews, and best practices are followed across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for architecture, workflows, APIs, and UI components.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and track work progress using tools like JIRA.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in (hooks, state management, component-driven design).
  • Backend development expertise in and FastAPI.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX workflows and ability to build reusable UI components.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, preferably with EKS (Kubernetes).
  • Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with technical documentation (API specs, architecture diagrams, UI workflows).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets for real-time applications.
  • Exposure to frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
