  • Sales & Marketing: Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth. Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies. Represent the company in exhibitions and events to promote our products with team.

  • Business Development: Implementing the long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objectives. Analysing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augmenting turnover and achieving desired targets. Execute the strategy & plans for organizations business operations; & drive operations to an increase in turnover & profitability

  • Distribution Management: Identifying and networking with reliable Dealers/Channel partners/ Industries/ Verticals resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Periodic monitoring the performance of dealers & distributors regarding sales and collections.

  • Technicality: Understand the technical details of Gas Leak detectors, Flame detectors, data loggers, Temp Humidity transmitters, IOT solutions. Temp/RH Detector, Portable Gas detector, PLC based Control Panel, Microcontroller Based Control Panel, Gas Analyse

  • Operational: Managing performance monitoring of sales representatives on field & marketing team in house. Get the quotations created by backend team and follow up with them for feedback. Process orders internally and coordinate with Sales Engineers and Production team for smooth order processing. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions with the help of senior engineers. Regularly follow up with customers for product feedback and provide support when needed. Coordinate with different departments of the company to ensure timely delivery of products. Get the payment follow up done by sales team if in case required.

  • Leadership: An effective leader with excellent motivational skills to sustain growth momentum while motivating peak performances. Abilities in leading, mentoring & monitoring the team; creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members for greater operational efficiency. An effective communicator with excellent research skills with capabilities in sustaining positive work environment towards accomplishment of organizational goals

Desire Profile:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand technical details and communicate the same to customers
  • Prior experience in marketing and sales of technical products would be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) or related field
