About the Role

We are looking for a Project Consultant to execute software implementation projects for our HRMS and ERP solutions.

This role combines project management and hands-on implementation, ensuring successful delivery from requirement gathering to Go-Live. The consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure, test, deploy, and support the solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform end-to-end software implementation for HRMS and ERP projects.
  • Gather, analyse, and document client requirements.
  • Configure system modules based on client needs and coordinate with technical teams for customization or integration.
  • Conduct functional testing, facilitate UAT sessions, and oversee Go-Live activities.
  • Deliver user training and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide post-implementation support and system handover.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HRMS or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or system configuration is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
