Role & respons

Accounting Operations

  • Record and process daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, and expenses (salary, wages, factory overheads, etc.).
  • Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) and ensure accuracy as per accounting standards.
  • Create and manage Payment Vouchers, Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in ERP.
  • Maintain supporting documents for all financial transactions in compliance with audit and statutory norms.
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable and general ledger reconciliations.

MIS, Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports to support business decision-making.
  • Generate Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Conduct cost analysis, product costing, and stock valuation.
  • Prepare variance reports and assist in budgeting exercises.

Pricing, Credit Control & Sales Coordination

  • Calculate and review product pricing and discounts as per market standards.
  • Validate and monitor customer credit limits; perform deviation analysis when required.
  • Update pricing and discount structures in ERP as per approved policy.

ImportExport & Banking Transactions

  • Prepare and verify import/export entries and consumption transactions in ERP.
  • Handle documentation for Letter of Credit (LC) transactions as per trade terms.
  • Manage bank-related activities, including fund transfers, forex tracking, and treasury coordination.

Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation

  • Prepare and maintain intercompany transaction ledgers.
  • Facilitate intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy between business units.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain transparent intercompany documentation.

Internal Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct internal transaction audits to identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and statutory compliance.

ERP Management & Training

  • Record all accounting transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Provide ERP training and support to team members for sales, purchase, and finance modules.
  • Ensure alignment of manual processes with ERP workflows to maintain accuracy and efficiency.ibilities
