Profile Summary

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and execution, with prior experience working on hotels, resorts, or other hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Assist in the design development, space planning, and conceptualization of hospitality projects.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and material specifications in coordination with the senior team.
  • Collaborate with interior designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed properly.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.
  • Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and hospitality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and innovations in hospitality design.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 4-5 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of c onstruction detailing, materials, and finishes relevant to hospitality spaces.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience working with luxury hospitality brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge of s ustainable design principles in hospitality architecture.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and international hospitality design standards.
